
Reverend Budd has been Parish Minister since 1999. From 1979 to 1999 he served Unitarian Universalist congregations in Hartland Four Corners, Vermont; Midland, Texas; and Buffalo, New York. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Otterbein College (1973) and a Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary (1979). Rev. Budd currently serves on the Community Leader's Council/Greater Cleveland of Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio, the Steering Committee for We Believe Ohio (Greater Cleveland) and is a member of the C.G. Jung Educational Center of Cleveland.

Reverend Buchanan was installed as Minister for Religious Education on November 10, 2006. This is his first parish. A life-long Unitarian Universalist, he was an active member of the First Unitarian Church of Ottawa for many years. He has a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (1975) and a Master of Divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School (2006). In his earlier career, Rev. Buchanan was a computer software expert and management consultant in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He also has experience as a multi-faith chaplain in a Canadian hospital. He is the person to call for information on the Sunday School program for children and teens, and the adult religious education program, including Sunday Forum and evening classes.

Reverend Shelden has been the Community Minister Affiliated since 2005. Her ministry, Miriam's Way: Support for All Losses and Grief, provides education as well as individual and group support for any of life's losses. She also provides consultation for the church's Lay Pastoral Care Team and other pastoral and educational support as requested by the Parish Minister or MRE. Reverend Shelden holds a B.A. in Education from Otterbein College (1975) and a Masters of Divinity from the Methodist Theological School of Ohio (1997). For nine years she served as Chaplain Coordinator in a children's hospital providing pastoral care to patients, families and staff. She also participated in educating ministers and seminarians in pastoral care and provided education programs and lectures for the hospital staff, medical residents, local seminaries and the broader community.

Ms. Jennings has been Director of Music since 2004. She previously served as Co-Director of Music at West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church in Rocky River from 1993 to 2004. Prior to that she served as organist at churches in Alliance and Akron, Ohio. She has a B.A. in Music from Case Western Reserve University (1996), where she studied organ with Todd Wilson. She also has a B.A. in Individual and family Development from Kent State University (1986). Ms. Jennings is past Dean of the Akron and Cleveland Chapters of the American Guild of Organists and currently serves as education and Exams Coordinator of the Cleveland Chapter. She is the Ohio-Meadville District liaison for the UU Musicians Network. In addition to providing piano and organ music for Sunday services, Ms. Jennings directs the Chancel Choir and the Women? Ensemble, and administers the church? music program.

Mr. Aubin has been Administrator since 2004. He previously held a similar position at Woodline Products in Painesville, Ohio for 13 years. As the staff member in charge of day to day operations of the church building, Mr. Aubin is the person to call about renting space at the church.

Miss Kozlevcar has been Office Manager since 1989. Prior to coming to this church she worked in the printing and graphic art field for six years. She produces the newsletter, order of service and publicity materials for committees. She is the one to call to schedule church events on the church calendar.

Mrs. Kitchingham has been Membership Coordinator since 1995 and a member of the church since 1959. Previous to this position she was R.E. Assistant for 28 years. She welcomes newcomers each Sunday and is in charge of Newcomer Orientations. She addresses the needs of church members and friends and helps them find a place in the congregation. She is the person to contact to schedule a wedding at the church.

Ms. Kindice has been the Religious Education Assistant since 2001, and a member of this church since 1997. She assists Rev. Buchanan in running the Religious Education program, keeping track of class schedules, curriculum materials, registration and teacher training. She has two children in the Sunday School, and makes a point to know the other 150-plus children and their families.

Mr. Romeo, Ms. Dixon and Mr. Sands are relative newcomers to the church, having been hired in 2006. They form an efficient team that takes pride in keeping our building clean and well maintained.
