Singing the Journey

Unitarian Universalist faith has often been described as “more about the journey than the destination”.  As UUs, we are proud of our spiritual diversity, but the idea of spiritual life as a journey is one core belief that we share, whether we are theist or atheist, Christian or Pagan or anything in between.  With that in mind, the UUA could not have chosen a better title for our supplementary hymnbook than Singing the Journey.  Our Music Director Mike Carney will lead us on a journey inside this hymnbook, with an eye (and ear) on the diverse yet unifying nature of its musical lineage.  This service is the follow-up to the Singing the Living Tradition service that Mike led during the summer.
